The case, bracelet, and bezel are fully set, with large diamond pointers highlighting each screw position on the bezel — an elevated take on Cartier’s signature aesthetic.

Underneath the custom setting remains the essence of the Santos: a 39.8mm stainless steel case, silvered dial with Roman numerals, and blued steel hands. Powered by the automatic Cartier calibre 1847 MC and fitted with the QuickSwitch system, it’s both luxurious and practical.
